Irene Ah Quin

Founder & Executive Director

Irene Ah Quin is the Founder and Executive Director of iSTRIVE Inc, where she leads the organization’s mission to expand compassionate mental health support, suicide prevention awareness, and community-centered healing opportunities for individuals and families across Southern Utah.

A native of California, Irene has lived in Southern Utah for more than 30 years and has built a long-standing reputation for community leadership, youth mentorship, and service-driven outreach. Her work reflects a deep commitment to reducing stigma around mental health while creating spaces where individuals feel safe, valued, and supported.

In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Irene is the founder and owner of Main Ohana Movement, where she has spent 19 years mentoring youth and families through movement, confidence-building, discipline, and belonging. Her leadership across both organizations reflects a unique ability to blend emotional wellness, mentorship, and community connection into meaningful programs that create lasting impact.

As a mother of four adult children, Irene brings lived perspective, compassion, and resilience into her leadership. She is widely recognized for her ability to build trust, foster connection, and lead with authenticity, purpose, and vision.

Brittney Jacox

Clinical Director

Brittney Jacox provides clinical leadership for iSTRIVE Inc, helping guide the organization’s commitment to trauma-informed support, emotional healing, and person-centered mental health care.

With academic training in Psychology from Utah State University and continued professional development in trauma-informed and mind-body healing modalities, Brittney’s work centers on helping individuals process lived experiences, release emotional barriers, and rebuild trust within themselves.

She is recognized for creating safe, compassionate environments where individuals can explore personal healing without judgment. Her leadership supports iSTRIVE’s focus on emotional resilience, empowerment, and meaningful healing pathways rooted in dignity and compassion.

As a mother of four, Brittney brings both professional expertise and authentic life experience into her role, strengthening the organization’s ability to serve individuals and families with empathy and care.

Jodie Kanoe Santiago

Vice President

Jodie Kanoe Santiago serves as Vice President of iSTRIVE Inc., bringing a heartfelt commitment to compassion, community, and mental health advocacy. Born and raised on the island of Oʻahu, she carries the values of aloha—love, unity, and service—into her leadership and daily life.

After relocating to Southern Utah over a decade ago, Jodie has remained dedicated to strengthening the well-being of families and individuals in her community. As a wife, mother of three daughters, and proud mother-in-law, she understands the importance of connection, support, and creating safe spaces for others to feel seen and valued.

Jodie is deeply aligned with iSTRIVE’s mission to provide accessible mental health support and break the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide prevention. She believes lasting impact begins when communities come together to uplift one another, and she is passionate about helping lead that movement forward.

Marion Hannemann

Treasurer

Marion Hannemann serves as Treasurer for iSTRIVE Inc, providing financial oversight and stewardship that supports the organization’s long-term sustainability and responsible growth.

Her leadership helps ensure that resources are managed with transparency, accountability, and alignment to mission priorities. Through careful financial oversight, she helps strengthen the organization’s ability to expand outreach, support programming, and maintain operational integrity.

Her role is essential in supporting responsible nonprofit governance and preserving trust among donors, partners, and the communities iSTRIVE serves.
